In the late 1950s, Matthew’s family history in well drilling began when his father and uncles worked together at a local drilling business. This tradition continued when Harold, Matthew’s oldest uncle, started his own drilling venture in the late 1960s. As the years passed, Matthew’s dad collaborated with Harold, fostering a deep connection to the trade. Fast forward to 1979, the year Matt Greer, our founder, came into the picture.

In the early 1980s, Matthew’s dad and his uncle Bruce embarked on their own well drilling enterprise. Matt, a keen learner, practically grew up on the job sites, absorbing the ropes immediately after high school. He further honed his skills while working alongside his brother at a local water treatment and plumbing company. Exploring the plumbing realm sparked his interest, yet he sensed a void that needed filling.
